UAE and Saudi brands outperform their global competitors according to Canterbrands ranking

The Canterbrands ranking of the world’s most valuable brands revealed the success of Emirati and Saudi brands in doubling their total value over the past two years, recording a growth rate that exceeded all other international brands. The Canterbrands ranking for the year 2022 for the most prominent Saudi and Emirati brands in terms of value increased by 110 percent, thanks to the continuous investment in infrastructure and efforts made for economic diversification in the two countries. The two countries achieved a growth rate that significantly exceeds their next market, India, which has achieved an 82% growth in brand value over the past two years.

“Al-Rajhi Bank” and “First Abu Dhabi Bank” lead the growth in the sector, with an increase of 187%
