Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry summoned the US ambassador to the country after President Joe Biden said in a speech that Pakistan “may be one of the most dangerous countries in the world” because it possesses “nuclear weapons”.
Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said he was surprised by Biden’s comments, considering that the misunderstanding arose from the lack of communication.
He added that he did not believe that the decision to recall the US ambassador would negatively affect relations with the United States.
