The Abu Dhabi Securities Market announced on its website the update of the register of shareholders of the National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah in the automated clearing management system, by conducting a process of distributing bonus shares of 20% to the shareholders who own the bank’s shares and registering them in their investment portfolios with the members and the clearing department as at the close of Monday, June 26, 2023 .
The bank’s general assembly approved a capital increase of 335.25 million dirhams, to become 2.011 billion dirhams after the increase, by distributing 20% bonus shares (equivalent to 20 shares for every 100 shares) of the capital.
