Mohammed bin Zayed amends some provisions of the federal decree law regarding the establishment and organization of the Presidential Office

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, issued Federal Decree Law No. (26) of 2023, amending some provisions of Federal Decree Law No. (4) of 2004 regarding the establishment and organization of the Presidential Office. The decree law stipulates that the phrase “Head of the Presidential Office” shall be replaced with the word “Minister,” and the phrase “Head of the Presidential Office” shall be replaced with the phrase “Minister of the Presidential Office,” wherever it appears in Federal Decree Law No. (4) of 2004 regarding the establishment and organization of the Presidential Office, or In any other legislation, decree or decision, unless the context requires otherwise.

 

Every text or provision that violates or conflicts with the provisions of this decree law shall be repealed. (wham)
