Abu Dhabi Development Program: The National Exports Program Achieves Abu Dhabi 2030 Vision

The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) has launched the second phase of the national export program, which aims to build a diversified and sustainable economy and enhance the ability of national exports to penetrate international markets.
The Fund today signed a cooperation agreement with the Korea Export and Import Bank to benefit from its experience in preparing the program in the best international practices in this field.
The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development manages the national export program and contributes to the realization of the vision of the UAE 2021 and Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 aimed at implementing policies of economic diversification and reducing dependence on oil resources as a source of income.
Mohammed Seif Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development said that since its establishment 46 years ago, the Fund has supported development efforts to achieve sustainable development in developing countries and has financed thousands of development projects in the most influential economic sectors to achieve sustainable development in developing countries. His activity took on the responsibility of contributing alongside the national economic institutions in providing support to the national economy and achieving sustainable development in the country. ”
He said that the national export program will provide a pioneering credit umbrella to encourage national companies to obtain strong export opportunities that enhance their ability to penetrate international markets. He pointed out that the competitive advantage enjoyed by the Fund through its economic relations with 88 countries will contribute to creating the right environment for forming effective partnerships between companies National and foreign counterparts.
