His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him”, affirmed that the approval of the UAE’s accession to the BRICS group today represents a success for its balanced international policy led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State. “God save him”.

His Highness said on the “X” platform: “The approval of the UAE’s accession to the BRICS group today represents a success for its balanced international policy led by my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, President of the State, may God protect him. The state’s accession to this group also represents an extension of its philosophy based on building positive international partnerships.” It is multilateral, and consolidates its international economic and trade position as a reliable partner linking the world’s north with its south and east with its west.. The UAE will continue its approach based on supporting peace, security and global development.
