The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced the referral of 45 establishments to the Public Prosecution for practicing recruitment activities and bringing in domestic workers without obtaining the necessary licenses from the Ministry since the beginning of last year.

The Ministry explained that among the violating establishments referred to the Public Prosecution during the period referred to, four establishments were seized two weeks ago in Al Ain during an inspection campaign carried out by the Ministry in cooperation with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department in Al Ain) and the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development – Al Ain Branch.
