The Cabinet decided to approve the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and each of: (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the independent State of Samoa, the Republic of Nauru, the Republic of Kiribati, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the independent State of Papua New Guinea) at the level of (non-resident ambassador), and delegated The Minister of Foreign Affairs – or his representative – to sign the draft protocols necessary for this
