The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority confirmed that the work of the North Al Wathba residential project will be completed by the end of the fourth quarter of this year 2023, and it became clear that the project includes the construction of 347 dwellings, consisting of residential villas, and the total area of the project is 875 thousand square meters, and the authority began cooperation with… Its partners involved in implementing the project in August 2021.

The Authority stated, according to the latest developments in the North Al Wathba project, that the project includes the construction of 61 commercial stores, 15 gardens and amusement parks, in addition to the construction of 4 commercial complexes and 4 mosques as part of the project work.

Abu Dhabi Housing recently announced the latest updates to the infrastructure work of 4 of its projects in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with completion rates ranging from 11% to 100% for specific stages of each project.

The completion rate of road and infrastructure works in the Al Noud area in Al Ain City reached 25.76%, and it is expected that these works will be completed in the fourth quarter of next year 2024. The completion rate of infrastructure works in the Al Foah area in Al Laem district reached 21.32%, and it is also expected that these works will be completed. In the fourth quarter of next year, 2024, and the completion rate of infrastructure works in the Al-Nabagh area in Al Ain City is 11.45%, and it is expected that these works will be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
