The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority confirmed that the second phase of the North Baniyas residential project includes the construction of 1,225 homes, which are residential villas, bringing the total number of homes in the first and second stages to 2,590 homes, pointing out that the total area of the project during the second stage amounts to 3.5 million square meters.
The Authority explained that the work of the second phase of the project will be completed during the fourth quarter of 2025, and it aims to provide an integrated Emirati neighborhood that meets the needs of the Emirati family according to the best standards in design and implementation.
The Authority explained, according to the latest developments in the project, that the second phase includes the construction of 12 parks and amusement parks, the construction of 4 commercial complexes and 5 mosques, a community center and a school within the project’s work. The Authority recently announced that the work of the first phase of the project will be completed during the first quarter of next year 2024. The first phase includes the construction of 1,365 homes, consisting of residential villas, with a total area of 3.1 million square metres. The works also include the construction of 17 gardens and parks. Entertainment and building 5 commercial complexes and 4 mosques.
